Important steps in her professional career after graduation from NIT in 2011:

• worked 6 months at Polysius in Beckum (ThyssenKrupp/ Plant Auxiliaries) in order to finish her master thesis 
• returned to México to work for her sponsor company  (ThyssenKrupp AG/ Polysius de México S.A. de C.V)
• spent almost a year on site during the erection and commissioning of a cement plant.
• worked at the Projects & Sales Department in México City.

• Since 2007, Head Global Purchasing Integration & Global Procurement Lead at Heidelberg Cement AG. Strategic conception & implementation of multi-year post merger integration in global procurement of a € 14 Bio. acquisition & delivering over € 80 Mio. in purchasing synergies.
•  Implemented strategic procurement initiatives like best value sourcing, enhanced global supplier collaboration & building global/ regional teams for various direct raw materials & indirect capital expenditure categories in a complex operating(internal) &  procurement (external) environment

I couldn’t name them all, but without a doubt the most influential in shaping my career were Prof. Rall, Dr. Jermann, Prof. Hoesle, and the many soft skill lecturers we had the opportunity to hear from. The combined degree program ticked all the right boxes. I look back at this decision with pride, utmost satisfaction, and often a tear only because I miss the atmosphere and my friends. • At her present employer, Procter & Gamble, she started in the position of a market planning manager and is now working as a project manager in export customer service and logistics
