The idea to found the One of Us project was born with the NIT’s tenth anniversary in 2008.

Alumni make financial contributions to a fund set up to finance a scholarship for the double-degree program at the NIT. The project’s transparent rules were developed by members of the NIT Alumni Network e.V.
