Sponsoring Exceptionally Talented Students

By funding scholarships at the NIT, you gain an opportunity to

  • directly enable exceptionally capable and talented international and German students to successfully complete the double-degree program offered by the NIT (in management) and the TUHH (in engineering) regardless of their financial resources
  • define a basic framework of regional and specialized aspects and get involved in the selection process within a timeframe that can be integrated into your schedule

You will sponsor especially talented students. During the program, you will maintain close contact and develop a bond with your students. The students will serve a 3-month internship in your company and may write a Master’s thesis on a topic that is of interest to your company.

Promoting Employees with Great Potential

Alternatively you may wish to promote somebody among your employees, who holds a successfully completed bachelors’ degree, has already gained valuable work experience in your company and has meanwhile proven to be a potential leader. In order to keep the talent in your company and to conduct the development, you might release him or her for the studies of the double degree program in Hamburg and have him already back on board in your location or in the German location of your corporate group during the practical phases in the second year of studies.

Promoting Part-time Studies

The MBA program at the NIT may also be of interest to you as an in-service program for employees at companies based in and around Hamburg. Employees can continue contributing to the success of your company while only slightly reducing their working hours. At the same time they can study at the NIT outside of their workplace.
