The NIT has over 12 years’ experience in training exceptionally good engineering students as potential industrial executives.

It also has many years’ experience in non-degree management education for executives and prospective executives from technology companies.

The NIT holds both open seminars and in-house further education courses. In both areas, the NIT as a nonprofit educational facility can offer high-quality programs at competitive rates.

Open Enrollment Seminars:

In cooperation with the employers’ association NORDMETALL and the vocational training network NORDBILDUNG the NIT provides the UNISKILL further education program for junior executives.

UNISKILL covers a wide range of management topics in the form of modules that can be booked individually. They include modules such as production, finance, technology management, negotiation, and leadership. UNISKILL is the first program of its kind in Germany to lay claim to consistent academic standards and is FIBAA certified to comply with higher education criteria. Further more, UNISKILL is open to participants without a university degree.

In-house Seminars:

In its in-house seminar program the NIT provides academic further education courses that can be adjusted in content, scope, duration, format, etc. to the specific requirements of the company in question. Course content could, for example, include innovation management, quality management, or technology management.
