For us digital change means much more than changes in technical processes - the transformation goes much further. Affecting each and every corporate structure, it requires new competences of employees. Processes that held sway for years are giving way to innovative methods. That can turn entire industries upside down, posing technical, personnel, and ethical challenges for executives.
Coping with changes safely requires both knowledge about new technologies and methods and an innovative corporate structure.
We qualify executives and employees and provide the right tools for understanding and actively shaping digital change.
In our NIT Toolbox we offer you a wide range of workshops and lectures on new technologies, digital competence, innovative methods, and People & Culture. In our intensive hands-on workshops you will acquire digital competences and learn how to get around competently in the digital world. Our experienced teachers will show you new ways to implement changes in your company and motivate your employees to help shape them.

Our "Understanding Digitization in 120 Minutes" workshop is intended to give you an overview of digitization and digital change. Special attention is paid to the transformation of value chains. The workshop consists of three sections, each beginning with a short lecture and followed by a discussion.
Dipl. Psychologe and facilitator, Prozessebegleiten.com, Hamburg
The aim of the "Digitalisierung - one day_day one" workshop is to enable the attendees to talk about digitization. They are sensitized to register the extent of the changes that digitization brings about.
That makes them better able to arrive at an opinion on digital matters and to develop initial ideas on the change that is needed in their own organization.
The workshop is aimed at CEOs, executives, project managers, team leaders and people interested in dealing more intensively with the subject of digitization. In addition to dialog talks, discussions and keynote videos attendees' own topics will be dealt with in case studies and exercises.
The workshop will conclude with an NIT participation certificate.
Familiarizing yourself with new technologies, you carry out trials to see the uses to which they can be put in day-to-day working life. Have you always wondered how 3D printing works and what advantages it might offer for your production?
Automation and robots are also discussed. What, for example, are the prospects for, say, virtual worlds and the use of artificial intelligence? These are some of the focal points of how we approach new technologies in our further education programs.
Learn how to get around competently in the digital world. How does the logic of IT systems work? How can the company put the fund of data to good use? How do I make my employees more aware of the need for data security?
In the age of digitization there is an enormous competitive advantage to be gained from managing knowledge and data self-assuredly and from utilizing digital techniques and putting them to use for your own company.
Work and Industry 4.0 require constant further development and involve new approaches. In our workshops you can take time off from your daily routine and try out different innovation approaches in order to become more agile and customer-centric.
Modern methods like Design Thinking, Scrum, or the lean startup approach are there to help you. Our lectures prompt you to take a different look at current challenges for once.
You may have wondered how to make employees and colleagues enthusiastic about new topics or what conditions are best suited for developing exceptional ideas?
Our intensive workshops enable you to enthuse your employees and establish a culture of learning at your company. In addition to the formats offered we are happy to create workshops and seminars to fulfill your wishes and meet your requirements.
