DIGITAL TOOLS & REMOTE COMMUNICATION FOR ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS

Get an overview of the most popular digital tools for meetings and collaboration (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Drive and Hangouts, Slack, Trello, WhatsApp). Advantages, disadvantages, and selection criteria are explained. 

This includes small group work and content collaboration directly on digital tools. The application possibilities are tried out immediately. Your individual questions will be answered.

The workshop will address the following questions:

- What do I have to consider in general in my home office?
- How do I maintain team communication
- How do I motivate my employees
- Which digital tools help with collaboration
- How do I conduct constructive digital meetings / sessions
- How do I foster acceptance for digital solutions
