Qingqing Xia receives the VDI-nachrichten scholarship for her outstanding achievements and commitment.
The NIT and VDI Nachrichten are again awarding a partial scholarship of 7,000 € to students who complete the English-language MBA program in Technology Management at the NIT Northern Institute of Technology Management. The scholarship is intended to support high-performing students who study part-time or alongside a PhD. The aim of the scholarship is to reward excellent academic performance and outstanding commitment.
This year, the NIT selection committee has chosen the student Qingqing Xia. The Chinese student completed her bachelor's degree in Beijing and her master's degree in Dresden and subsequently worked in research institutions such as the Frauenhofer EAS Institute, IBM Research & Development GmbH and DESY in Hamburg as an electrical engineering scientist. In addition to her studies at NIT, Qingqing works full-time at the automotive supplier IBEO Automotive System GmbH as Head of Microelectronics Engineering and leads a team of developers. Qingqing convinced the jury with her impressive professional achievements, outstanding commitment and very good knowledge of German.
Studying Technology Management part-time at the NIT
At the NIT, talents from all over the world learn to take on management and leadership tasks responsibly. The admission requirements for an MBA in Technology Management are a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, IT, Natural Sciences or a business-related field, very good knowledge of English and at least two years of professional experience.
