At the NIT (Northern Institute of Technology) Management interested students who are seeking to start the careers right away have the unique opportunity to combine career and education. The NIT has created the "Work & Study" model in tandem with renowned companies. The program begins in October 2019 and can be completed perfectly parallel to a job, as seminars will take place on weekends. Students will spend 60-80% of their time working, and the rest in study-related activities. Students thus benefit in two ways: they can apply what they have learned directly in practice, and employers pay the tuition fees with a full scholarship.
The security company is looking for ambitious prospective students who are particularly interested in IT security, cloud computing, network technology, Internet of Things, and telecommunications. After all, that's exactly what we're looking for: a promising new talent that supports us in our ongoing fight to always stay one step ahead of cybercrooks and criminals.

The technology giant IBM is also looking for ambitious students who, in addition to a job at DevOps Consulting, would like to complete the Master's program in Technology Management at NIT. NIT student Niklas Spletter is currently enrolled in this program: "The NIT and IBM share a strong international orientation. I hadn't been involved in such a diverse environment before, so the course contents, which focus on intercultural cooperation, and of course the exchange with my fellow students, helped me a lot. Furthermore, the Technology Management program helped me to better understand and shape the strategies and processes at IBM."
