The E-Track is designed to familiarize you with all relevant entrepreneurial tools and concepts. Participants will follow through the process that technology entrepreneurs use to identify and to exploit new business opportunities. You will also gain knowledge and skills in the activities related to starting and growing new companies. The entire process involves taking a technology idea and finding a high-potential commercial opportunity, gathering resources such as talent and capital, figuring out how to sell and market the idea, and managing rapid growth.
The courses in this module provide intense hands-on experience with the objective to develop the entrepreneurial mind-set. This mind-set of turning problems into opportunities can well be generalized from startups to innovative challenges in established companies and other innovative settings.
The core of the E-Track consists of the pursuit of a specific entrepreneurial opportunity in a project conducted by student teams. These business creation projects are supported by dedicated courses following the logic of the entrepreneurial process from idea generation to detailed business planning and execution. In addition, specialized courses provide in-depth knowledge in related areas.

"My favorite course was the Venture Cup. It provided me with the opportunity to learn and gain market research skills - essential for the growth and success of any company. The market research was conducted for a real company. This meant that the results from our research was very valuable, and ensured that we treated the project with the highest priority."
